Replanting a tree if you have just purchased it or it has already grown out of its pot is not an easy task for a beginner bonsai grower. It is very important to choose the right soil for this plant. It is also equally important to choose a suitable container for the plant - spacious enough but not too big and harmoniously combined with the appearance of the bonsai. Here you can see an example of bonsai replanting.

Instructions on how to transplant bonsai at home
Once you have prepared the soil and selected a container, you can begin planting the bonsai. First of all, you need to prepare the pot. To do this, prepare pieces of wire to secure the mesh (do it as shown in the picture), which will prevent the soil from spilling out through the drainage holes when watering the bonsai. Also prepare pieces of wire or raffia to use to secure the tree until it has established its roots in the soil, after which they can be removed.

Now comes the hardest part, be careful and don't rush, otherwise you can harm your tree.
You should take your bonsai out of the container and use a hook or sticks to try to clean the roots from the soil as much as possible. Don't worry if the roots break, about 1/3 of them will be cut anyway. But don't overdo it, otherwise the bonsai may get sick or die.
Now you can plant the tree. To do this, pour the soil into a mound in the center of the pot. Sometimes you have to pour a thin layer of sand or pebbles on the bottom of the pot to ensure drainage. Then place the plant on this mound and fill its root system with soil. It is advisable to do this with your hands, since the tool can damage the thin roots. At the end of this operation, press the soil down and do not forget to water your bonsai!

Bonsai trees need to be replanted periodically to provide the tree with fresh soil rich in minerals. It is also necessary to maintain a balance between the crown of the dwarf tree and its root system.

Most bonsai trees require repotting every two to three years. This depends on their growth and the size of the pot. Very young trees should be repotted every year. The best time to do this is spring or fall.
